My career has taken me from the energetic scene of Copenhagen, where I helped open Sanchez for the Noma group, to the enchanting Auberge de Chassignolles in France, where I learned the beauty of seasonal, locally sourced cuisine. As I transitioned into consulting, I focused on shaping beverage programs, enhancing operational excellence, and coaching hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service.

Over the last 15 years, I have honed my skills in various esteemed establishments. I was active as a host, sommelier, and front-of-house manager, starting at Restaurant Veranda, where I found my professional home for seven transformative years.
In 2015, during a stage at Manfreds and Baest and inspired by my mentor, Kim Rossen, I embraced my calling as a hospitality ambassador—one who prioritizes authentic connections with guests.
